May 2013 saw our second Paella by the pool social event which took place after our morning Community meeting. Thank you to everyone who came along, it was a very enjoyable afternoon.

On Friday morning we were rudely awoken by a persistent engine roar and a man peering over our balcony wall - we live on the first floor !

Well Done ! to all R14 Community owners who turned out for our first Action Clean Up. You have made quite a difference and deserve a sit down and a cup of tea !

A Community of Owners is a beautiful thing - in theory. Getting everyone together here in Los Dolses would be impossible.
Owners are typically spread across Europe, maybe around the world and so my hope is that this website will enable communication and discussion, in turn helping us to manage and improve our community for all.

Our electricity provider in this area is IBERDROLA and many of us will have registered on the iberdrola.es website in order to see our bills and manage them.

The N332.es website have just published a very useful document; Spanish Traffic Law in English.

I have noticed that many of our non resident owners have purchased a car and leave it in their garage whilst they are in their home country.

Unmarked cars and how to recognise them - Perhaps not quite what you are hoping for. There's no way we were about to be given the heads up on spotting them early to take avoiding action or reduce speed.
