In my business; selling, managing and renting out property in the area I have translated an email for one of my owners from a company called CURENERGIA. 

In this one email they introduce themselves as the new company responsible for customer services on behalf of IBERDROLA.

What they neglected to say in their email was that if you now want to login to your iberdrola account to see your bills, payments etc... then you need to go to CURENERGIA.es then use your iberdrola login to access your account.

Not all of my owners have received this email so this *may* not be a change for ALL iberdrola accounts but it certainly applies to 5 of the accounts I manage however none of those owners have received an email about this.

So if you find that your iberdrola login doesn't work anymore on iberdrola.es - try curenergia.es you may find it works on that website.
