Owners be aware, on Saturday, 16 May 2025, at about midnight one of our neighbours was walking back from Los Dolses on Calle Papaya and was approached by strangers asking for directions. When he opened his phone the robbers stole it and managed to take a lot of money out of his bank accounts.

On Tuesday 19 May at 3pm the same neighbours were walking along Calle Papaya, a car stopped two large men got out of the car and ripped his necklace off him, got back in the car and drove off.

Be aware

There are now two different phone numbers to be used for the following emergency reasons:

At this time of the year, with more people on the urbanization, it is easy to become complacent when we see people around that we do not recognize.

When you drive in or out of the garage please wait and check that the up and over door closes before going any further.   It’s not uncommon at this time of year for unwanted visitors to try and gain access.

If you rent out your apartment, including the garage space, please make them aware also.

The same applies with regard to access to the pool area.  Keep the gate closed at all times.  If people haven’t got the gate code they cannot enter.
