AGM UPDATE INFORMATION

For those of you who have not been here during the summer I hope you have all had an enjoyable break.  Its been uncomfortably hot and humid here.

Due to the health risk to labourers working in extreme temperatures and humidity in July and August, major works cannot be carried out, and many factories and contractors actually close down due to the weather, with obvious consequences.  However, as the temperatures and humidity start to decrease, and factories reopen in September, OCSI, Bonsai and I, have been working out the schedule for when work on all the projects can start.

There will inevitably be some disruption around the whole urbanization, but it will be kept to a minimum, and I would ask for your patience and tolerance.  It is going to take a few months to do everything.   I am sure the end result will be worth it.

The pool and garden will not be closed but some areas may be cordoned off for a few days in mid September, while works are carried out replacing the “metal boxes” by the pool house and sorting out the old irrigation system within them. There will inevitably be some noise in that area.  This will be kept to a minimum.

There will also be a lot of work being carried out to improve the gardens facing the blocks in the next 4 months.
