The area under the pine trees suffers due to the sap from the pine needles.  Sadly we cannot touch the pine trees as they are a “protected” tree.  We are due rain shortly so hopefully that will help!

The lift lobbies are currently being repainted.  Obviously this includes ceilings, walls, floors, fire doors and also the doors on the cupboards, housing the lift mechanism and electrics, on the solariums.

Once the painting has been completed “kick plates” will be put on the base of the fire doors to hopefully avoid scuff marks from doors being held open by feet etc.  Also a small “protective pad” will be put on the wall to prevent door handles damaging them.
