Welcome to your new Calle-Cereza.com Community Website

At the AGM in 2023 it was agreed the Community Website needed updating.

Helen has done an amazing job for the last 15 years and it is time to give her a break and hand the baton over to GoHost4U.  I would personally like to thank her for the time and effort she has put into managing the old website and helping to set up the new one.

Latest “News” items will appear on the Home Page. Suggestions for content are always welcome.

Menu Items:

News – Is a full archive of articles that have appeared on the site since day one.  This may be of interest to new owners.

Tradespeople – This is a useful resource. Let us know if you have your own recommendations or updates to this list.

Once you have registered and logged in you will see more menu items, such as Photos, Discussion and Documents.

UNINVITED VISITORS

At this time of the year, with more people on the urbanization, it is easy to become complacent when we see people around that we do not recognize.

When you drive in or out of the garage please wait and check that the up and over door closes before going any further.   It’s not uncommon at this time of year for unwanted visitors to try and gain access.

If you rent out your apartment, including the garage space, please make them aware also.

The same applies with regard to access to the pool area.  Keep the gate closed at all times.  If people haven’t got the gate code they cannot enter.

All the fire doors of the lift lobbies in the garages of Blocks 2 – 5 have now been fitted with “slow closure” hinges.  This is to stop the noise of them slamming shut, as they will now completely close on their own.

You may find the doors are a little heavier to open due to the weight of the hinges.

PLEASE DO NOT “PROP” THE FIRE DOORS OPEN – THEY ARE THERE FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY
